Project Structure and Objectives
Work Package 1: Project Management
Work Package 2: Replication and Synchronization of RDF Data
- To define the requirements of mobile semantic applications
- To analyze capabilities mobile devices and implement necessary infrastructure for semantically enhanced applications and replication of RDF
- To identify and specify algorithms for the replication and synchronization of RDF data sets
Work Package 3: Selection of RDF Sub Graphs
- To define requirements for algorithms for sub-graph selection
- To identify sources of information for such selection, to define algorithms and rules how this information can be applied to sub-graph selection, and to implement appropriate software components
- To validate these algorithms and implementations in a real-life testbed
Work Package 4: User Interfaces for RDF Replication
- To identify interaction metaphors that can be applied to the problems of RDF replication and synchronization
- To analyze existing user interfaces and analyze possible transformations to semantic systems
- To prototypically implement selected interface designs and validate them against users from the application domain
